On 1 July 2024, the asset management company and dedicated team of Nexif Ratch Energy managing assets in South Australia was transferred to RATCH Australia as part of a plan established at the inception of Nexif Ratch Energy.

From December 2022 until June 2024, Nexif Ratch Energy served as the asset manager for the Lincoln Gap 1, 2 and 3 onshore wind power plants and the Snapper Point gas turbine peaking power plant in South Australia on behalf of RATCH Australia.

Moving forward, Nexif Ratch Energy will continue to pursue development and investment opportunities in Australia independently.
