Nexif Ratch Energy is developing a 400 MW – 450 MW offshore wind project (“Lucena”) situated in Lucena and Saraiya , Quezon province, Philippines.
Lucena has secured a Offshore Wind Service Contract (“SC”) with Department of Energy in 2021 for a contract area of 6,237 hectares.
A met mast has been installed since March 2023 to collect wind data.
