Puneet joined Nexif Ratch Energy in June 2023.

Puneet has over 13 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. His previous roles include directing Business Development and M&A for Total Energies Renewables in India, heading strategy and investments for Ayana Power, an Indian 4 GW renewable energy platform, leading the Investments function at AMP Energy, backed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, and holding a senior position at Sembcorp Green Infra, Sembcorp’s renewable energy arm in India.

Throughout his career, Puneet has been actively engaged in business/project development, investments, financing, and M&A for renewable energy projects.

Puneet holds a Bachelor of Technology from National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, India and MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India.
