Eugene Seow
Eugene is the Chief Executive Officer of Nexif Ratch Energy. He previously served as Chief Investment / Business Officer from 21 February 2025, and as Chief Financial Officer from December 2022.
Prior to his appointment with Nexif Ratch Energy, Eugene was the Chief Financial Officer of Nexif Energy, and had been CFO/Head of Finance in various private and public listed companies in People’s Republic of China and Singapore, spanning a range of industries including manufacturing, construction and engineering etc.
Eugene holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Senior Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors.
