Khanh Hoa 1 & 2

NREI is developing two onshore wind projects of 210 MW & 160 MW capacity each in Khanh Hoa Province, Viet Nam (the “Projects”).

Project Status

Permitting: The projects have been included in the provincial power development masterplan. The Provincial Party Committee have recommended to MOIT that the projects are included in the national power development masterplan PDP8.  Pre-feasibility studies for both projects have been  finalized and will be formally submitted upon inclusion of the projects into the PDP8 master plan.

Wind Resource:

– Project 1: 120m met mast installed since Jan 2022; Additional 120m met mast installed in March 2023 in neighbouring site.

– Project 2: 120m met mast installed since Jan 2023;
